Jeffrey Fishman

President

Jeffrey D. Fishman has managed and successfully grown a mortgage company and established and grown multiple title companies, and has been an avid supporter of multiple charities in the Tampa Bay community for years. Mr. Fishman has served on the Board of Directors for the University of South Florida Foundation, The Children’s Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida, and Congregation Schaarai Zedek in Tampa. He currently serves as a Trustee for Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay. Mr. Fishman has oversight responsibility, reporting and answering quarterly to the Board of Directors at the quarterly meeting. His oversight duties will include ensuring compliance with all statutes, IRS regulations, revenue rulings, and revenue procedures, as well as all legal compliance with the corporate entity.

Elinor Fishman

Vice President

Elinor Fishman has been a visible supporter of charitable causes in the Tampa, Florida, area for the last 50 years. She has established relationships in the charitable community that will assist and guide the Foundation. As Vice President, her experience and judgment will provide guidance and support towards best achieving the Foundation’s mission.

Brandy Fishman

Secretary

Brandy Fishman has worked for the title company as a Licensed Title Insurance agent for 20 years. As the Treasurer and Secretary, Mrs. Fishman is responsible for the day to day accounting of the Foundation , providing and maintaining receipts to donors and all records regarding the same, preparing financial reports and summaries to the President and Board of Directors, providing all financial records to the retained CPA, assisting with any documentation needs to prepare the annual 990 Return, and ensuring the proper storage and security of all records for the years required by law.
